2010 Dog Days of Summer Event!

It’s that time again! We are gearing up for our 2010 Dog Days of Summer Event to benefit Saving Paws Animal Rescue of Kentucky.  This year it will be on July 24th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  We are still accepting sponsors for this event if anyone is interested in donating.  We will have drawings to give away donated items throughout the day.  This is a great event to benefit a great local no-kill animal rescue.  Stay tuned for more updates as we add more information and sponsors.  If your interested in being a sponsor, please contact Debra at 270-570-2063 or email her here debra@dreamcopyphoto.com.

Carey + Matt = Married!

Such a beautiful wedding and we had an awesome time shooting it!  We had the great opportunity to shoot this couple at several locations including Gambrinus in downtown Owensboro.  This wedding party was so much fun and did so well in the hot weather!

We were so excited for Carey and Matt to view their images tonight.  We absolutely LOVE to shoot weddings!  We love to hear brides tell us how they are so glad we captured every detail of the day.

We are currently booking weddings for next year so if you plan on a 2011 wedding or know someone who is, please remember us.  The popular months go fast!  We would love the opportunity to tell your story.

Brooks Wedding

Its wedding season again!  We love love love to shoot weddings!  They are such a creative outlet for us.  We had a blast shooting in Union County a couple of weeks ago.  The weather was great and the service was beautiful.  Our best wishes go out to the happy bride and groom Emily and Charles.

DCHS Graduate Merideth Sallee!

Yesterday was Daviess County High Schools Graduation!  Congratulations to Merideth and all of the class of 2010.  Here are some shots from her senior session.  We are still booking these sessions, so if you were a senior this year, or will be a senior next year, give us a call and let us show you what we can do!

Watchdogs.

We found some time yesterday before the thunder and rain to get outside in the backyard.  Lila and Mandy love to play out there.  Mandy always squints like she has some kind of super power zooming vision to spot predators over a block away.  Lila just got a hair cut and bath, so naturally she had to roll in the grass to get some of her yard dawg scent back.  We thought the newly blooming Irises made a great background for these.  We enjoy these ladies more and more everyday.  We adopted them from different rescues about 1 1/2 years ago, but we feel like they have rescued us.  Pay close attention to the attitude in the last image!

If you or someone you know has pets, keep us in mind for family photography.  We encourage all members of the family to be in the photos!
