Every so often we sneak off to relax and enjoy some time with family. I always tell myself that I won’t take my camera, but I usually do. With all the heat lately I didn’t think I would feel like getting out and shooting any “bugs”: what my niece likes to call all small moving things. There was a massive butterfly bush out back and it was so busy. I decided to try and capture some of those guys in action. Below are some of the results. At the end of the evening we had a surprise visit from a big owl. It was a good time away from wedding album designs and I already look forward to going back. I’m sure my camera will go too!
